Our handmade guarantee covers workmanship, and we will always help if something arrives damaged. Shipping timelines depend on your city and the courier, and you will receive a tracking update once your order leaves our studio. Returns and exchanges are accepted on non-customized pieces within the stated window; custom-painted designs are made to order and are not eligible for return.
