Our story

Hand painted clothes, made in Pakistan

Blue Petals Clothing began with a simple idea: an everyday kurta, shirt, hoodie or tote can carry a painted story. We work with local Pakistani painters who paint each garment by hand, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

We chose wearable art over fast fashion. Every piece is made slowly, one brushstroke at a time, and shipped across Pakistan with care.

Our studio philosophy

We honour the painter’s hand, and take our time.

Each garment is painted freehand by an artist, never stamped or printed. We favour creative autonomy, ethical studio work and unhurried craftsmanship, because the best painted clothes come from people who have time to care about every line.

Artists and process

From fabric selection to the final brushstroke

Step one

Choosing the fabric

Our artists select natural cotton and soft knit garments that take paint well and feel comfortable to wear. Each base is prepared before painting begins.

Step two

Mixing the pigments

Artists mix fabric pigments by hand to get the exact blue, blush and gold tones they want. Colours are tested on a scrap of cloth before any garment is touched.

Step three

Freehand brushwork

Designs are painted freehand, so every stroke carries the artist's touch. Once the paint is applied, garments are heat set so the colour stays vibrant wash after wash.
